Submissions, Pitches, Comments, and Letters
- Feel free to send us your own story ideas and/or writing at thelionblog@lovett.org. You can also see a staff member or Mr. Newman to pitch an idea for a story, editorial, or column you’d like to write.
- This site will enable members of the community to comment on each story. You may also email general letters to the editor at thelionblog@lovett.org. If you have a concern with a story or would like to offer your perspective on an issue a story deals with, please word your comment or letter carefully. The site will require you to leave a name and email with your comments. Please do the same with your letters to the editor. We will not publish anonymous letters except under very special (and appropriate) circumstances.
- You are encouraged to share your thoughts, but please do so in a thoughtful, constructive manner. Consider sharing your comment or letter with a peer or teacher prior to submitting it. Remember that the entire Lovett community and those outside of it will have access to this site (that means parents, siblings, teachers, peers, and countless others). We, of course, reserve the right to delete obviously inappropriate comments. Hurtful or offensive material that falls within the realm of the honor or discipline code will be dealt with accordingly.
